Content rights
The audio and video content broadcast and made available on boo.click are original works, produced and managed directly by the operator, who holds the related copyright and neighbouring rights. boo.click broadcasts and makes available exclusively its own works or works for which it holds the necessary authorisations.
The same works may also be published by the operator on third-party platforms (for example Spotify or YouTube): such publication does not affect the ownership of the rights, which remains with the site operator.
The works broadcast on boo.click are managed directly by the operator, who has not granted any mandate to collective rights-management bodies (such as SIAE) for their distribution on this platform. The related rights are therefore administered directly by the rights holder.
Artificial intelligence and virtual characters
Audio tracks may contain parts created with the aid of artificial-intelligence tools. Such parts are in any case partial and a minority and are creatively reworked by the operator starting from his own input: the operator remains their author and lawful rights holder.
Video content is generally produced using artificial-intelligence tools and the images do not depict real people: the characters shown are virtual. Should, in specific cases, a content item depict real people, its publication takes place with the prior consent of the persons concerned.
Intellectual property
The trademark, logo, graphics and content of the site are protected and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without the operator's written authorisation, except as expressly permitted by law.

If you believe that any content on boo.click harms your rights or interests in any way, write to info@boo.click explaining your reasons. Every report will be carefully assessed and, where well-founded, the content will be promptly removed or amended.
